Very easy process from the moment we arrived at the store. We found a refrigerator we loved and checked out and got our assigned delivery date. Delivery was less than a week from our purchase date. Delivery went smoothly. Delivery guys were timely, friendly, skilled at their job and efficient. Fridge wax up and running ahead of their departure. Great overall experience. Very pleased with Manny's!!!!

We saw that there was a Memorial Day Sale at Manny's/Wilbraham and thought: That's nice. The next day, our fridge stopped working, and parts needed were no longer available. Quickly made our way to the Wilbraham store and worked with Salesperson Chris K. Very personable, listened to us, and helped us tremendously. He was so good. Manager Chris S. also brought knowledge to the table. We were very pleased, and are looking forward to our delivery. We highly recommend this store.

We had a great experience with Chris, our salesman, who helped us back in January when we first started looking for machines and again in April when we were ready to finally purchase a washer and dryer. He answered all our questions, was knowledgeable about capacity and motor sizes, and walked us through what to do as we weren't sure when we'd be ready for install as some work was being done to our laundry room. We've been using our new washer and dryer for a couple of weeks now and I'm so happy. Would absolutely go back to Manny's in the future when we do our kitchen and work with Chris again.

Went in to find a possible replacement for our refrigerator which come to find out was 20 years old and we had purchased it from Manny’s. We were greated with a warm hello and great assistance. Austin took over and showed us a variety of options without high pressure sales tactics. And I must say i haven’t ever experienced that at Manny’s. We now have options to evaluate and look forward to returning after a little more research. Another pleasant shopping experience at Manny’s. Thank you, this type of service is always appreciated and valued.
