I shopped at the Enfield location and was helped by a young man named Isaiah. He was professional, fun and knew what he was talking about. The mattress i bought was more than I was expecting to spend but he did a good job of explaining the difference and helping me understand the benefits. I recommend these guys for sure and ask for Isaiah, he is the best!

I placed an order for a portable air conditioner online; it was ready for pick up almost immediately, but I couldn't get there until the next day. The next day at the store, they were very nice and helped me very quickly, but it took a long time to get the air conditioner out of the back. When it came out, I was told that the air conditioner was an 'open box' unit because a gentleman had purchased it but brought it back within 30 mins because it would not work in his window. He never even took the ac out of the box. So they offered to give me a large discount because it was considered an open box item, which I was very happy about. I could have waited for another brand new unopened ac to come in, but I didn't see the sense in that. They loaded it into my car for me. My son is using it in his bedroom in his apartment, and he is thrilled! So am I! I'm sure the acs were selling out quickly given the heat we've been having, so I was very grateful for their solution! Good customer service!
