They are the best!!! Great prices and service on what they sell. Only place I like to buy from since 1987 when I equipped my whole, first house and still to this day, my go to choice. Recently got a dishwasher and stove from them. Always honest to steer you in the right direction and not oversell your needs ! Joe and Karen are top notch.

Our freezer quit on a very hot July day. We called Karen and she had what we needed in stock and went out of her way to arrange delivery for the same day so that we did not experience any food loss..."good old-fashion service." Delivery was excellent, as well-very careful and courteous, all packing was picked up and removed, and great guys to work with! We'll be back to shop with JB Appliance again.

We were having problems with our Whirlpool dishwasher. Called Whirlpool for help since it was just out of warranty (of course!). They sent a repair service to us from Southbury (to Torrington). A major part was replaced, but we continued to have problems. The repairman returned two more times but the problems continued and the guy offered no solution; he seemed to not want to be bothered with it anymore. More calls to Whirlpool asking for someone else resulted in them referring us to Joe from JB. He was amazing! First he called and offered troubleshooting ideas which took care of some of the problems but not all. So he came to us and spent over an hour (more time than all the visits combined from the other place) diagnosing (never done by the other place) and among other things, found a part that was not reattached when the new part was installed. Joe was patient, very friendly, and determined to resolve our issues, which he did! Thank you Joe!! I would highly recommend him to anyone with appliance issues.
