Millman's Appliances

We had a wonderful experience with Millman’s from the time we walked in the door! Rose and Vicki were extremely helpful and super friendly. I can’t thank them enough for their help and kindness. Delivery went smoothly by two friendly gentleman, Aiden and Jordan! We had a very minor issue and Millman’s responded immediately and sent out Bruce who had our issue fixed in minutes! I highly recommend this local company to anyone in the market for appliances!

Millman’s Appliances was recommended by a friend. My husband and I drove out to their showroom from Ocean View De and it was well worth the trip. Rose, the store manager, was amazing. She took control and told us about the products that she thought was best for our beach house. She was not trying to just sell us the most expensive products. She listened to what we needed and fit what appliances would work. She really knows all about them. Very enthusiastic and personable. We actually were so pleased we bought new appliances for our home in Maryland. Everything will be delivered soon. The funny thing…. While I was still sitting in their showroom ordering my appliances for my Maryland home, the delivery department called me about my ocean view home about when we can schedule delivery. That was 10 min after I placed that order. So far, very happy.

I was very pleased with my first experience with Millmans. Rose and Vicky were very helpful in helping me find the perfect refrigerator in a short amount of time. They were able to make the delivery the very next day thanks to Sam. I will definitely go back for future appliances. We were very pleased that they could deliver the refrigerator, the next day. The delivery team; Jordan, EZ and Bruce arrived punctually. The delivery was professional, efficient and they cleaned after themselves as progressed. I don’t know where to begin! From the beginning to the end Ocean Johnson treated us like family. He communicated well and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We were in need of a deep freezer and before I knew it, it was delivered and hooked up effortlessly. I will be a lifelong customer because of Oceans attention to detail and knowledge around what he sells. Sam also handled the scheduling for us effortlessly. Rose was also a delight. EZ and Eric did the delivery and install and couldn’t have been nicer! The owners Gary and Patrick run an honest business and make their customers really feel like family! You can tell they really care about their employees too by the way they interact with their customers. They’re always smiling and happy to help. Don and Pat did an absolutely outstanding job installing all of the appliances in our new home. They truly went above and beyond—taking the time to add the necessary blocking and make every adjustment needed to ensure a flawless, clean installation. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Not only was their workmanship top-notch, but their friendliness and professionalism were incredible. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly take great pride in their work. I especially appreciated that they came out on a weekend to make sure everything was perfect. That level of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction.
