CB JOE TV & APPLIANCE

This store changes the options it offers; once they repaired TVs NOW they ONLY sell TVs 50 inches or more. I bought a REPAIRED tv from them about a year and a half ago that up until now was working well; however, to NOW find out that the tv repair service is no longer available; I cannot even have them look at the tv I PURCHASED from them to find out what the issue is. Recommendation; FIND A MORE REPUTABLE business to go to

As a business owner, I NEVER write a bad review but I’m extremely disappointed with this store. I bought ALL of my appliances for my home from them (probably over $15K) and rental properties I own. I’ve recommended them to SO many people. Now, 3 years later I have an issue with my dryer, called CB Joe’s for a referral, not to come out, just someone’s name to contact it to fix it, (I know it’s not still under warranty) and they wouldn’t give me any info! He must have known someone because he literally told me “no” I said “what? Ive spent money with you guys for years.” He told me to “hold on” came back and then said there’s nothing he can help me with and HUNG UP ON ME. I’ll never buy another appliance here or recommend this company again. By the way, I have 6 properties. I haven’t been a one time customer. Unfortunately my sister in law just bought a bunch of stuff with them too off my recommendations What a shame.

I was looking to buy a commercial grade washer machine, I searched on the web to find a dealer. CB Joe came across my search. I did request a quote for @Speed Queen washer machine. Within minutes I got a call from this nice gentleman (Jim ) he guide me to the unit and showed me the operation of the unit also another model with more features. We purchased TR7 from Speed Queen, price is accessible and the service was excellent. If you’re looking for something commercial that will last longer then traditional unit visit CB Joe and talk to Jim.

I almost forgot about CB Joes -- my dad always used them. I recently was looking for appliances and was scouring ads and checking consumer reports for reviews. Settled on models of washer/dryer and dishwasher I was looking for. Compared prices. Then I remembered CB Joe's. They were not only a couple of hundred dollars cheaper on the appliances, but delivery was included, AND there was a huge rebate on them. You get personal service from a small business. In the future I will stay away from the box stores and recommend CB Joe's to everyone I know. Also -- the delivery and installation was wonderful. They do an excellent job. I can't imagine anything they could have done to make the experience any better. They ran into a few problems with the dishwasher install (house problems) but handled it well, and stuck with it until everything worked out. Thank you for great prices and great service. They also make great recommendations on the appliances. They know their merchandise well. What more can you hope for?
