Ernie was the Technician from County Appliance - to fix my refrigerator today. It was a very pleasant experience. Ernie was professional, courteous and a joy to talk to. Ernie has over 30+ years experience in the field and is very confident in his expertise. Ernie explained what the issue was and how it could be fixed. I especially loved getting a senior discount. The cost for the service was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Ernie for this type job. Kudos to Issac - the owner - for hiring Ernie.

I had an excellent experience with County Appliance and Home Services. The technician Isaac identified that my dryer vent was hazardous and NOT UP TO CODE. He clearly explained the risks of this and took immediate action to correct the issue. The replacement was done, professionally and efficiently, and everything is now safe and fully up to code! He explained everything along the way. I truly appreciate their attention to detail knowledge and commitment to safety. I would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone needing reliable and honest work and especially one that takes pride in their workmanship!

UPDATE: 4/26 Another great service appointment from Ben Of County Appliance! He’s always so professional, calm, talented, and gives great guidance to keep all the important things running in your house in tip top shape! I love that he takes pictures of my vents inside and out, so I can really see what’s going on. I’m babying a wonderful & classic Kenmore washer & dryer because I hate the new ones.
