Appliances 4 Less

The lady said the fridge was brand new and came in the box and when I asked her why there was dirt in the fridge, and a shelf missing she said that was due to manufacturing and when they did the inspection there was some dirt form testing the the ice maker. I asked how come the fridge has a sour odor she said that she didn’t smell anything and when she said she could replace the handle she later explained that she could replace the handle in 3 months due to not having the size available at the moment and she also said that the fridge would have to be delivered from a 3rd party company

The company is fine to work with but the third party contractors that they use for install are terrible. I specifically said in a text message that I need an electric dryer delivered, installed, and the old one taken away. After badgering me to pay them immediately I went to the house and found out that the cord was not long enough to reach the outlet and they just never told me and there was no attempt at hooking up the dryer vent, so essentially they just opened the door and left it. Shawn was the name of the installer.

Alex was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and super helpful. They had a large inventory and he helped navigate to what we needed. They had great prices and are accommodating to what we needed. (We needed some additional appliances and they were willing to call us when they had the items in stock.) I was able to buy an almost new LG wash tower at a great price.
