I had n still having a horrible experienceI with the manager Steve. About 6 months ago friend told me to write a review that is the only way Steve will respond. Well, that is just what I did n within 5 min I received a call from Steve begging me to take the review down n he would vemno me $200 & promise he would order me a new kitchen aid refrigerator door. I agreed to remove the review The same thing he did with my friend he also paid him to take down a review. I could go on & on of the horrible experience I’ve had her. It all started when my $3,600 kitchen aid refrigerator was delivered with a dent on the front door. I called Steve immediately. July will be 2 years n nothing was done to replace my door. Iam also in the service industries & meet with many families every day & I have been telling everyone I know or meet of the horrible experience I had with this manager Steve! Somehow every time I looked for our conversations via text they were gone & he would deny our conversation. Iam thinking he must be using burner cell phones so he can protect himself. I do NOT recommend Appliances for Less after the experience I’ve had with this company. I purchased a washer and paid a significant amount of money not only for the appliance itself, but also for delivery, installation, and additional fees. The delivery team charged extra money to get the washer into my basement, and during the process, they took my washer apart. Ever since then, I’ve had ongoing problems with the machine. Now the warranty company has officially denied my warranty coverage because the washer was disassembled and tampered with. I was informed that the transmission was damaged, and because the appliance had been taken apart, the warranty would no longer honor repairs or replacement coverage. This means I’m now left responsible if anything else happens, including issues involving my dryer and remaining appliances. I have gone back and forth with this company for months trying to resolve this situation professionally. Instead of accountability, I’ve been left stressed, frustrated, and financially stuck dealing with the consequences of what their delivery team did. In my opinion, the delivery practices and side arrangements being done are completely unacceptable and should be investigated. Consumers deserve to know exactly what they’re paying for. I paid for professional delivery and installation, not for my appliance to be damaged and my warranty voided in the process. This has truly been one of the worst appliance purchasing experiences I’ve ever had.

I purchased a GE dishwasher when my 26 yr old dishwasher's drain began to leak. Joe Kelly from National Appliance Warehouse on Concord Road assisted me with the purchase. He identified features with this dishwasher that I missed and set up an appointment for the installation day. Etho's Home Improvement came to my home on May 19th. Gilberto and Dumar (spelling?)installed the dishwasher. Gilberto replaced the damaged drainpipe and insured the appliance was functional before leaving. They prepared their work area carefully, removed the old appliance and brought the new dishwasher into my home in a team work approach. I'd like to compliment Joe Kelly for his assist purchasing my dishwasher. Compliments to Gilberto and Dumar for their exceptional skill installing my new dishwasher. Thank you so much. I had a great experience buying a fridge from Appliances 4 Less DE. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helped me compare options, and made the whole process easy with no pressure. The fridge has been working great, and the pricing was really good for the quality. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable appliance and a smooth buying experience.

Had an emergency wash machine breakdown situation. Checked couple places but no luck. A friend mentioned this place so I thought I would take a look. I called in before to check their availability and the staff was helpful. The place was very nice. I was planning to buy something temporary but ended up buying a nice one with a good deal. The price was good. Paid for it and picked up right away. Before I left, I also circled around. I’m surprised that they have fancy brand like Café. I might come back for more after my kitchen renovation.
