I went there to look for new kitchen appliances, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
The staff was rude, and I was told I needed an appointment. I had called ahead to ask whether the models I wanted to see were in stock and was told they were, but when I arrived, they weren’t. Instead, I was told to go see them at National Appliance Warehouse and then come back because they would price match. That struck me as very unprofessional.
It seemed like they were using other companies as their showroom because they didn’t actually have what they advertised on display. I also noticed several older models being presented as if they were new. I could be mistaken, but that was the impression I got.
One thing that really stood out to me was that it appeared one of the refrigerators on the showroom floor was being used to store an employee’s lunch. Maybe that particular refrigerator wasn’t actually for sale, but it wasn’t marked as such, so it gave the impression that the display appliances were being used by employees. I could be wrong, but that was honestly how it looked to me.
The delivery times were also much longer than expected. When it came time to place an order, I found out the appliance would actually be shipped from another company rather than directly from them. That made the entire process feel like they were brokering the sale instead of selling inventory they actually had.
Several of the appliances also had small nicks, dents, and marks, yet they were not labeled as scratch-and-dent items.
In the end, they didn’t earn my business. Buyers should do their homework before purchasing and make sure the products they’re expecting to see are actually available before making the trip.
