NO SHOW,... scheduled and completely confirmed a weekend job and he didn't show. I thought he was a bit abrasive as well. Couldn't help but think" why is he talking to me like that when I'm paying my hard earned money...?

(5 stars for what it is, not 5 stars compared to a NEW appliance store of course) We've purchased two refrigerators from H & N. Yes, they were a little older models, but very generously sized and very very cold. I think both were about $280 a few years apart. They delivered on time and were very courteous. Would recommend and would go back!
