NAW is a really good store with many options. I would highly recommend that if you use its services you choose Heather Miranda as your sales associate. I had a miserable experience with a Forno outdoor kitchen - which I would not recommend at all unless you want to be annoyed and frustrated with missing parts - but Heather stuck with it. She is great, professional, courteous, and kind person.

Had an excellent experience purchasing a new washing machine through NAW at their Concorde Pike location. Steve Solomon was our sales rep and was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was not a pushy high-pressured sales situation in the least bit. I told Steve that I had narrowed my selection down to a couple of different options based on their website and he was able to give us all of the information we needed to select the correct machine for our home. He set up the delivery, install, and haul away that was completed this afternoon. They have their own people and trucks to handle delivery unlike a lot of the big box stores who contract out to third-party companies for deliveries which was a big factor in us going with NAW. Our delivery/installers were Otis and Pete who did a fantastic job. Very friendly and customer service focused guys who were very efficient with the install and haul away of our old machine. They were finished with the work in way less time than I assumed it would take. When everything was finished they gave a quick rundown of the install to make sure that everything was to our liking. 10/10 buying experience going through NAW and will surely be a returning customer in the future on my next appliance purchase.

The staff at the Concord Pike store is awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought our LG French door counter depth refrigerator in time for Christmas in 2025. The price was matched with a local box store and the extended 6 year extended warranty was Way cheaper than the box store ( that only offered a 2 year extended warranty) even with delivery and installation added to the cost the total cost was way cheaper. We sent several people there since and they all got their appliances from National appliance. 2 weeks ago we went back and bought a Forno 36” all gas French door convection oven. It was delivered yesterday. The delivery people were wonderful and very professional. The range fought the guys a little going into the spot but they got it in with no damage to the range ,countertop or cabinets. And I have used it twice and totally love it. Nation Appliance wearhouse Is the only place I will be getting my appliances from now.

Nice showroom, but once the sale is done, that’s where the service ends. I originally bought a dishwasher mainly for its drying feature. After installation, it didn’t dry at all. The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful, but when I went back to the store, the salesperson told me my only option was to order a different brand dishwasher that actually dries. It felt like my concern wasn’t being taken seriously. Once I showed photos, his tone changed and he agreed to replace it. That should have been the first response. When the replacement was installed, it was done incorrectly. It took a long time to get someone back out, and even after I requested different installers, the same crew returned and couldn’t fix it. They said they would order a part and send a supervisor, but weeks went by with no communication. After multiple calls over nearly two months, they finally decided to send a warranty technician out instead. He fixed the installation issue immediately and found that the heating element was defective and melting the plastic hardware inside the dishwasher. He also fixed the door, which hadn’t been closing properly since day one. In the end, it was resolved—but it took from December to the end of April. Way too long for something that should have been handled much sooner. They have a great selection, but I wouldn’t return or recommend them if you want customer service that stands behind what they sell. Essentially I bought an expensive defective dishwasher that was installed wrong and immediately needed service becahse the parts were bad.... image if you bought a brand new car and had same issues smh.. STAY AWAY!!!! Who has time for that....
