Steele Appliance is our go to appliance dealer on all of our kitchen renovations and new construction projects. Elana is an absolute expert. She's responsive, available, and communicative. Their installation documentation and support is thorough, and the client walk through post completion is the icing on the cake. I can't recommend them enough!

Steele appliance is great! They gave me a fair price and Kevin was so easy to work with and a real professional. I ordered a Wolf microwave and they delivered it and installed it beautifully. As a Kitchen Designer who needed an assist with my own home, I was delighted when Elana from Steele Appliance Center approached me on Instagram. The timing could not have been better! Our range died and I was taking the jump from an electric range to an induction model. Elana not only took the time to discuss via email a few options besides the model I was seeking, but also invited me into the showroom for a tour and lunch. I had the opportunity to sit with Elana and her father, Jimmy, to learn about the family business and felt immediately comfortable with their M.O. and their culture. It's quite enlightening to break bread with a business owner and to speak candidly about our industry and how products have changed over the years. Needless to say, I left the meeting having purchased my new Bosch induction range. The range was delivered and installed today, just a few days later, and the quality of professionalism, courtesy and product knowledge of the delivery team not only made me feel completely at ease, but also reassured me that I had made the right decision of working with Steele Appliance Center. Further, I feel completely confident in this team should I need to send my client into their showroom or to simply place orders remotely for my PA / NJ / DE clientele. We had a wonderful experience with Steele Appliance Center. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable of their products and best of all, reasonable pricing!! The installers that came out to our house were just as friendly, very professional, and careful in my home. They also took my old oven and microwave with them which was a plus. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and Steele Appliance Center made the whole process a breeze. Would definitely recommend!
