A great experience with ABW when I bought a new Bosch dishwasher. Melonie, the sales rep, was wonderful to work with. Complications arose with initial installation. This was on my part because of a kitchen plumbing/pipe issues. The techs on the first delivery explained the problem.They were very understanding and communicated with ABW about the issue. Dishwasher had to be returned to the warehouse while I resolved the problem. The re-delivery team, were just as professional as the first team. I would not hesitate in buying other appliances from ABW or recommending ABW to others.

ABW provided excellent customer service, they really took care of my need for a Washer and Dryer. The delivery and installation were smooth with no delays or issues. From the beginning of the process, Betty took care of me she was very professional, excellent communication, very detailed oriented and great follow-thru with all questions or concerns. I will be using ABW for future appliance needs and will refer to friends and family.

Smoothest delivery and installation experience I’ve had since moving into this house 38 years ago, and that covers all kinds of appliances. I’ve purchased dishwashers from big box stores and mostly from smaller appliance-only stores. ABW delivery and installation is better than any I’ve used previously. ABW kept me informed throughout the day when my delivery would take place. The delivery and installation guys were terrific and pointed out and corrected the faulty installation of my previous dishwasher. They answered all my questions. This is the first Miele dishwasher I’ve purchased so I had lots of questions. And delivery was quick, too There was no long wait for my new dishwasher. Great job. Very satisfied

We had a really great experience using ABW for our new fridge. The sales team was extremely responsive leading up to the purchase. Our salesperson, Donald, even called to ensure I had ordered the correct model when he saw that I purchased one of their smaller fridges. He just wanted to confirm I didn’t make a mistake and would be happy with the size of the final product. They really went above and beyond. The delivery was also a very smooth process, and they were able to haul away our old appliance and install the new fridge even given the difficulties of navigating through an older house with small doorways. Most importantly, we are really happy with the quality of our new fridge! We would definitely go through ABW for any future appliance purchases.

Both sales reps I spoke to for my purchase were really nice! Both were informative and understood the needs I have...with tight spaces in an older home. After placing my order for a refrigerator...a third rep called to review my order...and to review the specs of the unit I purchased and those tight spaces in my home. Very thorough and professional! The delivery team arrived exactly when we were told to expect them...and the communications team back at the warehouse was very good at keeping us updated. Installation was smooth. They hauled an old unit away and the install for the new fridge and ice maker took less than an hour. Very pleased!
