ABW Appliances - Corporate Headquarters

I recently order a new LG Washer and Dryer from the Ashburn ABW location. My experience with my sales person Aaron P was absolutely fantastic. He placed the order and provide a reasonable time frame when my new appliances would be delivered and installed. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism of the delivery and installation crew. The removed my old dryer/washing machines and installed the new washing and dryer in very short order. Considering my laundry room is on the second floor of my home, I was truly impressed. This is the second time I have purchase appliances from ABW and the experience has been the best I have had as compared with their competitors in the Northern Virginia area. So, if you looking to purchase new appliances give your local ABW appliance store a call. You will be happy you did.

Our experience with ABW has been excellent from beginning to end. Our sales associate Luis Calderon was very helpful in working with us to place our order and follow up with details about the machine we chose and installation requirements. The delivery department communicated with us very clearly, and their texted updates were timely and informative. The team who came to install our dishwasher, Antonio and Milkin, were professional,, caring, and meticulous. They left our kitchen in primo condition and worked very hard to set the new dishwasher just right. We appreciate the ABW approach. The company is on the top of our list for when more of our appliances, age out!

The delivery was good. However once the appliance was installed, and not returnable, the appliance was not as described by the manufacturer. The range was clearly described as flush with the counter top but it extends 4 inches beyond the countertop. I bought this very expensive model in order to have it flush with the counters. The people at ABW were nice but they should have someway to rectify the situation.
