Rob was very helpful in discussing the difference between product lines and explaining the features of the Cafe Appliance product line. We appreciated his quick responses to out questions and emails. The delivery team did an excellent, wonderful job during installation. They were very diligent and careful in removing the old appliances and installing the Cafe appliances.
