Worst experience. Bad service. They sell worn out appliances. Ruined all new clothes because of their washer dryer. They dont take back their bad machines on 1st day of delivery. They just make excuses.

Don't believe those one-star reviews from years ago. I am a happy customer of FM Appliances. Good selection, never had problems, the Price is Right! Support a small business, you won't be sorry.

I agree with the other person who said, "you don't come to this place looking for stellar customer service" because it's not there! However, if you're looking for used/refurbished appliances that will last for more than 10 years, THIS IS THE PLACE!! I'v bought two houses in the past 11 years, and the appliances (2 fridges, 2 stoves, deep freezer), I bought ten years ago still works perfectly.

I bought a refrigerator used. Nice looking GE profile. Never worked right. I spent $250 more trying to fix it. Lost $400 worth of food. Finally I bought a new fridge because it was only a matter of time until someone in my family would end up in the emergency room. Buy a used fridge and you'll be smelling your milk and wondering. Sorry, I like the man but he has no re-spect for his customers.
