My dishwasher died all of a sudden. At first, I unknowingly ordered the wrong one from a big box retailer. They told me you need a ADA compliant dishwasher (height below 34"). After doing research, I discovered the lead time on the dishwasher I wanted in November, which was unacceptable. So I had to look for a small "mom and pop" shop. I shopped around and discovered M&M, and I was glad I did! The delivery was timely, they delivered the dishwasher but told me the previous dishwasher was stuck and not able to get out, so I needed to take it out myself. Removing it myself was a pain! After removal, rescheduling the install was a breeze, the technician showed up early and not only installed my dishwasher properly, but fixed an issue with how my last one was setup. Impeccable service! Will recommend M&M in the future!

I have worked with M & M before, so when I needed a new washer and dryer, I knew who to call. Eric M provided incredible customer service. After talking on the phone, he emailed me three great options, we agreed on a product, and he had the units delivered and installed within a few days. An incredible experience all without even having to leave my house. Highly recommend M & M for your appliance needs.

Wow! Eric, the sales guy, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. We shopped around. We had a good price from one vendor. A second vendor told us they could not beat that price. Eric continued to work with us and beat the best price. Then the installation was not easy, but Joe stayed with it until it was done and done right. I would give a six-star review if I could.

Outstanding experience. I worked with Eric and could not be more satisfied. We purchased a KitchenAid appliance that was available at Lowe’s and they beat their price by a surprising margin. Eric also was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information and opinions. The delivery experience was also so much better than the big box stores. They have their own full time employees who take incredible care not to cause any damage to your house (floor, door jams, etc.). Their showroom is small so got to the big box stores to put your hands on the appliance then buy it from M&M.
