MOLINA'S USED APPLIANCES

I have used Molinas for years. This past time I called them Monday after a used fridge I bought from them in 2020 (for $200, including delivery and removal of my old fridge) had an issue. It would’ve cost $175 for hired help to fix so I contacted Molina. They came out the following day and for $300 (including delivery and removal of old fridge) got a new used fridge from them. They make it easy and their used fridges are extremely well priced and last awhile.

I needed to replace the refrigerator in my basement that we used for spill over for the Fridge in the kitchen. Shopped Used refrigerators at several used appliance stores and found the products were all priced about the same. However, 1 place would add extra money if you wanted a warranty, in another words $250 for the fridge $300 for a 30 day warranty, $350 for a 60 day warranty and so on. Plus the wanted an additional $100 for delivery. Molina's had a 6 month warranty at no additional cost, (hell you get a one year warranty on a new fridge). Delivery $50.00 (and I live the same distance from the other dealer). The next day I have a refrigerator / freezer delivered & installed in the basement and the older one hauled away for no extra money. And by the way the replacement is humming right along keeping things cool. Pretty seamless I'd say. Hellen was helpful on the selection and arrangement of delivery. The deliver crew was prompt, in & out in 30 + minutes. Good job to Hellen and the crew at Molina's

Yennifer, sales rep, was wonderful. I will never go to a retail store like Lowe's or Home Depot again, for appliances. I got a new, top level refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine installed for UNDER 1500.00. This includes 3 month warranty. Installers were punctual, respectful of property and knowledgeable. A hidden gem.

This morning August 8, 2021 I came to Molina’s used appliances to purchase a refrigerator and a stove for our nonprofit for one of our terminally ill consumers. I went to pay with our business card and I provided our tax exempt certificate we don’t pay taxes because we are a 501(c)(3). Apparently nobody knows how to use a card machine nobody understands about tax exempt and they said I can only pay with cash. In previous years I purchased for our nonprofit from them with our business card. This was the worst experience for me and I will never refer or purchase anything from them. They have people working that do not understand English. They have a young girl trying to manage a payment with a card and does not know how to. Total disappointment. I don’t recommend this location. Update: Aug 9, 2021 I Found an amazing place and was able to purchase with our tax exempt and use our non-profit bank card with no additional charges.
