I purchased a refrigerator in November 2025. In December, I started to have problems with it. I went to the store around p11:00 and the woman said they would repair it. Someone called me at 1:00 that same day to set up a repair appointment for later that day. The repairman was nice professional. Unfortunately, the same problem came back in January. They didn't have a refrigerator, the same size, but they stood by their 60-day warranty and delivered a replacement refrigerator the next day. It's 2 1/2 months later and everything is fine. Thank you for the good customer service

Support small business! They have 2 locations. Bought a washer dryer set and a small 20” electric range. I was so happy with my entire experience. Beatrice is educated and kind. She was helpful in my decision of washer/dryer sets. Super happy with my purchase - will be back if I need another appliance in the future. Definitely check them out if you’re looking for a great price on a new/refurbished home appliance.

Just had a delivery of a washer and dryer delivered and am fuming because the delivery people damaged my walls and my completely tore the wood on my half wall. I called and spoke to the manager and she told me that the delivery people said that they didn't do it! None of them wanted to take accountability for the damage done. Like, WHAT??!! This is a BRAND NEW, recently constructed property that I moved into only LAST MONTH! BUNCH OF LIARS!!! I will never do business with them ever again.

Electric stove. The first one, the control panel sparked as soon as we installed it. NTA replaced it. The second one worked for almost two years before giving an error message on the control panel which after doing all the advised troubleshoots, wouldn't clear. We ended up replacing it but not with NTA. 3 stars because we have a fridge from there that is still working with no issues. I hope I didn't just jinx myself. 😂 We buy these appliances for a rental. I wouldn't buy for my home unless I needed something temporarily. They are refurbished and the warranty being only 4 months is a sign that they don't expect the appliance to last long term.

If you read through all these reviews and think oh I’ll be the exception, it’s worth it for the price. THINK AGAIN! This company is so horrible and sleezy it makes sense they’re “cheap” when we got the machine installed it instantly had problems and I should have returned it then. A cockroach crawled out of my machine from this dirty business. The part about how they fix it to last until warranty expires is true, I began having issues the week the warranty expired and was unable to contact them since I was away without cell service for Christmas and they refuse to honor the warranty less then a week after. Shameful. Take your business elsewhere, don’t think you’re the exception like I did.
