I’m very concerned that none of their phone I numbers work nor have they answered my email inquires or messages sent to their contact site. This is after I purchase a Zephyr Exhaust hood. It was listed as open box, no damage. What arrived has large scale damage in multiple areas. I’d give the benefit of the doubt that some could have happened in shipping, but that may be a stretch. The fact is that there is no one there to even answer my inquiry. Stay away from this company at all costs. If they respond and handle this properly, I’ll be the first to acknowledge that mistakes happen and adjust my review. Currently I have no other option to reach them, so this is my only avenue.
