My grandmother came here and got a tv stand and set it up to do autopay. Her last payment was supposed to be july 4th but they were closed the 4th, so she went to make sure it was paid the 5th. They then charged her another $84 the following month, she went to complain and they told her she had over $1k in late fees. He said he would do her a favor and wave those fees, but she didnt get that $84 back. And shouldnt have been charged late fees since she had it set up for autopay to pay the piece of furniture off.
