I visited both the Fort Myers and Bonita Springs stores. First off I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone working there was as welcoming and helpful as you can ask for. I visited several stores looking for a new refrigerator since ours quit working. This was my last stop. The had a great selection and the best prices. I ended up making my purchase here. My wife and I both agreed that we would be going here for any appliance purchases going forward. We both had a great experience. Thank you for all of your help guys. You were great!

I have purchased products from The Bonita Springs store and I was so impressed with their knowledge, kindness, and respect for their customers. Unfortunately, I went to a different Bill Smith store because I wasn’t able to get up to Bonita Springs that particular day.. I purchased a microwave. After it was delivered and installed, it definitely was not working correctly. The store said I had to have a service person come to fix it. I had just purchased what I thought was a new microwave - with insurance! I wanted to have a new one because I paid for a new one. But it was not acceptable to him. I called the Bill Smith store in Bonita Springs and talked to a wonderful salesman whose name is David, And after explaining the situation to him, he advised me that he would try and help me. I received a call from him the following day and David told me it was taken care of and I was going to receive a call from the Naples Bill Smith store and I would be getting a new microwave. He took it upon himself to help me and he wasn’t even my salesman and the store wasn’t even the store I bought it from. It iwas about the best Customer Service I have ever experienced! This was a lesson to me that if I am going to do business with Bill Smith because of the wonderful way that David treated me, I will definitely go to the Bill Smith store in Bonita Springs and no other one!

We liked our Sales person, Lily. We love the Bosch refrigerator she helped us pick out. We were extremely disappointed about our delivery. We were given window of noon to three pm. A few minutes before three I called to see if they were still coming. We were told there was a unfortunate incident earlier in the day that caused them to be running 90 minutes behind. The delivery drivers showed up about 105 minutes later. They were really nice, and the delivery was great. My beef was that no one from Bill Smith called me to tell me that my delivery would be delayed almost 2 hours beyond the end of my delivery window.

We had a great experience buying. Sally in the Bonita store is a real pro who knows her stuff and can discuss all the reasons for and against each model. My fridge had died, within 20 minutes we had a couple good options with all my questions answered. She was able to get us an emergency delivery next day. I strongly recommend this store and Sally. Our experience could not have gone better and the delivery folks were terrific too! Highly recommend Bill Smith Appliance and Sally.
