M & M Tv & Appliance

We used M&M seven years ago and was extremely happy with them. We recently had the washing machine stop working. Marshall arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. He was able to repair it right then. He was the nicest man, excellent customer service. We will definitely call them again. Also, when it’s time for new appliances, we will purchase from them. Honest and reputable.

I can't recommend M&M Appliance enough. From selling an obscure part they keep in stock over the counter to full service calls - they're the reason you should avoid big box stores. Mike recently serviced a notorious horrible LG/Sears ice dispenser for me and it was a quick repair for a very low service charge. Some repair companies will not come to service certain LG and Samsung refrigerators because of their notorious issues and lack of parts, but Mike was willing to take a look. Please patronize a local business like theirs - you won't regret it!

Marsha sent out w/in 3hrs of purchasing appliances a cabinet builder/installer who removed one of the cabinets that needed to be cut to accommodate the new microwave. He returned w/in 2 hours w/ the modified cabinet and reinstalled cabinet and microwave. The following day they delivered and installed our new dishwasher and oven. Never before had such fast service. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

****GREAT SERVICE.**** Hands down the best service in south Florida. I’ve used them multiple times and have been thoroughly impressed with the experience every time. Marsha and Mike are absolutely amazing. They are so very helpful with answering any questions you may have and if they don’t know the answer to your question they will find it and get back to you with it. Mike is an EXCELLENT service/delivery man who really cares and loves what he does. Marsha his wife is AMAZING at what she does. The store has been run by them and they’re family for many years and they truly are the BEST at what they do. The work they do is quality, customer service is number one on they’re list. They are honest and hard working always on time and dedicated to helping they’re customers. If you’re in the South Florida area, don’t even think about using anybody else. Once you use them M&M is the only place you will ever want to go to. Thanks for everything !

Mike & Marsha are the sweetest people on Earth and they are the reasons why M&M Appliance is the go-to appliance store in Palm Beach County. They always go above and beyond to make their customers happy. M&M Appliance always comes to the rescue when a problem arises.
