I worked with RYAN CROSS am beyond disappointed with my experience. I purchased an appliance from this company, and it failed to work the very first day it arrived. When I reached out to their customer service team to utilize the warranty and resolve the issue, things went from bad to worse. Instead of offering a repair, replacement, or even a basic explanation, the company completely blocked my number and contact info. It is clear they have no intention of honoring their warranties or standing behind their products. Once they have your money, they disappear.

This is an outstanding store to purchase used appliances. We needed a stove for our rental condo and Joel helped us get the perfect appliance. Then arranged for delivery which occurred the next day at the time specified. Great value for excellent appliances.
