I Absolutely LOVE the staff at Appliance Outfitters!! If you ever stop by, you will probably see Misty. She is SO helpful and Knowledgeable about everything they have in stock. If you have a question, she has the answer. Recently, I had to have my washing machine fixed. They ordered the part I needed. This is when I spoke with Tanner. He made sure to keep me informed of everything going on. He has always been so helpful, and knowledgeable as well. Lastly, I would like to THANK IAN! The first time Ian stopped by, he checked our washing machine, and was able to figure out the problem right away. As soon at the part was ordered, he came over to fix the machine, which took no time at all. Ian is SUPER friendly, and willing to help where he can…He is also a huge animal lover. He made sure to say goodbye to our kittens, and give them all some some belly rubs before he left. When dealing with a broken machine, things can be a little stressful, but the staff at Appliance Outfitters will have you back! Thank you Misty, Tanner, and Ian!! Went in and Tanner took great care of me. I needed a dishwasher 911 and he had his team out in a couple days. They installed and took away my old broken washer. Everything was left clean and they sent me pictures and a video of the completed work. Tanner even followed up with me to see how the washer was working just to check in. Highly recommend.

Misty is a very nice sales rep. We bout a second had refrigerator. It was Delivered and set up smoothly. 2 months in had a little problem. Maintenance was scheduled, The call the night before and a half hour before. He fixed the problem. Was friendly knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards. I recommend my friend and she bout a washer/ dryer

I bought a washer and dryer from here a few months ago and i am left about as satisfied as I could be. They were understanding and able to work with my price range along with addressing any questions I had. After discovering a slight leaking with the washer I made a call and a technician was sent out to fix it, I have not seen any issues since. Shout out to the tech, and the woman who helped my in store. They were extremely helpful
