Our salesman Kyle was aces and our kudos to Bill Smith on their intuitiveness in hiring him. Unfortunately, the clearance Microwave we purchased had more issues than we were informed of. Issues like the wrong mounting bracket included with the unit; no class dish for the turntable; more scratches than first thought; and, both light bulbs in the unit dead and burned out. While we were told it was simply a return because a customer changed their mind because of a small dent, it was obvious there was more to the story on why it was returned. Regretfully, we accepted and took the unit without thoroughly inspecting the entire unit before purchase; yes, the sales folks offered us the opportunity but we didn’t take it, our bad on that one. Called the store back seeking a small adjustment on the price we paid but were offered a missing replacement dish, and the light bulbs from service team after the holiday - we were also offered a new unit from the warehouse after the holiday weekend but we had already installed the one we purchased. Maybe the team will reconsider after reading this review. I will still shop with Bill Smith either way.

Because Bill Smith installed the same microwave 3 years ago, it was very easy for the salesman to find our past records and order a new one. I didn't get the gentlemans name but he was very helpful, although I haven't received an email of the order yet. I would definitely recommend Bill Smith, both sales and service. Thank you.
