Dan's Fan City

We recently replaced ten ceiling fans in our home in the Cape. We were returning customers and had yet another very positive experience with this location! At installation, we discovered one of the fans was not going to work in our space. I returned the fan and they helped me find a different model that complimented the space just fine and immediately reimbursed for the smaller model. We definitely recommend Dan’s Fan City Cape Coral! Great customer service and fan selection.

We had a great experience here! Our first visit weeks ago was just to check things out and we couldn’t have been happier. Even though the two men in the shop knew we weren’t purchasing that day they were kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. We returned recently and purchased five fans (and yes I always price check to make sure I’m getting the best deal). We opted to install ourselves because their install dates were 2-3 weeks out. First four were a breeze and then we ran into an issue with the final fan. We called the store & Cristina was amazing! She walked us through and when we realized it was a stupid mistake on our part we apologized for wasting her time and she could not have been more gracious advising us and telling us to call anytime! I feel the need to mention in regards to another review here- I purchased two Dixie Bells for my living room and they are super quiet and efficient so perhaps the other reviewer had an installation issue because it’s definitely not the fans! We will be back when we’re ready for new outdoor fans! Thanks so much to the whole team!
