No Call No Show... Cancelling... then they put me on hold and transfer me to a line that speaks only Spanish. I do not understand this company, no one could answer when or if they were coming and when they didn't show up, no one thought it necessary to call and let me know.... sat by the phone and the front door.... nothing. Absolute complete disregard for customer communication. Stay away from this place. Not worth saving a couple of bucks... Lost a day of work on these people.

Left washer on garage floor not working, did not follow instructions from day of purchase and than stop answer my calls. A very tight wound delivery driver, Langley is sweet and nice, just does not comprehend directions... Dave the repairman tried, but after getting lied to by the delivery driver this company has decided THE CUSTOMER IS ONLY RIGHT UNTIL WE GET THE MONEY IN OUR POCKET.. Shameful

My husband and I were in search of a washer and dryer. Hands down this is the best place to purchase your appliances. We were immediately greeted by Danny. He approached us with a calm but yet friendly demeanor. Danny did not pressure us to make a purchase. He was kind enough to tell us about all of the different models that were available. The purchasing transaction was a breeze. Thanks Danny for your help!!! We will certainly tell our friends and family about our experience here. So if you are in search of new appliances please make sure you stop here as well. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I went here for a new washer and left with so much more. After meeting with Langley, she not only gave us the best deal but she also helped restore our marriage that was on the brink of divorce. She showed us not only how amazing the appliances are, but she rekindled the love we once had 7 years ago. I just want to thank Langley and Discount appliance warehouse for the amazing deal and a new found love for life and each other. Upon writing this review I was blessed with the news of my first pregnancy of twins that I will both be naming Langley:)

Great little place! Highly recommend that you check it out. The address online is correct. Don't shy away from the industrial location! You won't get the great service at a big store that you'll get at Discount Appliance Warehouse, guaranteed! The owner and staff are regular people with families, running a small business with that 'mom and pop' experience. Not an ounce of salesman pushiness here, which always makes a deal more pleasant! Our fridge broke down unexpectedly; we did some research on stores... wanted a new appliance instead of a used one this time and considered financing... they provided what we wanted, so we went here first. Got an amazing deal on a brand new fridge with delivery, install and take away all included... within about 30 minutes! There's really no way to beat the ease of our experience at Discount Appliance Warehouse! We didn't and up needing to finance, but they do offer it as well as a variety of avenues of which to pay ie) zelle, facebook, cash, etc Even needing to test my patience living out of a cooler for a week, with 3 kids, will be worth it in the long run for the deal we got. It's a small business, so a third party delivery company still has to get the fridge to our house. We bought the fridge on a Tuesday afternoon; delivery was said to be expected Thursday or Friday; therefore today (hopefully 🤞please!) or tomorrow. We now have our go-to appliance dealer for ourselves as well as to recommend 😁
