Bought a dryer from them and it would occasionally quit and throw up error messages but it wasn't that frequent so we dealt with it. It eventually became so bad that the dryer was unusable so I called and asked them to do the repairs. They asked for pictures model numbers Etc which I sent to them and they completely ignored me. My advice is go some other place that takes responsibility when maintenance is needed cuz these people don't

They deserve ZERO stars. This is not even a registered company with the DBPR since 2023. RED FLAG! They are running a public store front, operating illegally, out of a Lehigh storage unit. CODE VIOLATION! They sell absolute garbage appliances to you, promise to come repair or replace it, and then don't answer your calls, messages or texts. SCAMMERS! I wish I would have found these bad reviews first, before doing business with them.

I strongly advise against buying anything from these people. They are scammers. They claim to offer a one-month warranty, but if something goes wrong during that period, they won’t repair or exchange the item. I purchased a stove and a dryer from them, and both stopped working within the first week. Despite repeatedly reaching out to them, they never responded or resolved the issue. In the end, they blocked my number. Avoid them at all costs.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They sold me a dryer that was broken from the moment it was delivered, and it hasn't worked since. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have completely ignored us and refused to replace the dryer or provide a refund. This kind of behavior is incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. It feels like they took my money and ran, leaving me with a useless appliance. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. They clearly don't care about their customers or the quality of the products they sell.
