We experienced multiple manufacturer defects with an ice maker we purchased. Throughout the process, it became clear that the manufacturer does not stand behind the quality of their product. Fuse has invested significant time advocating on our behalf to ensure we end up with the working appliance that we had expected. Jamie at Fuse went above and beyond - handling everything for us and making sure that we were taken care of. His level of service truly made a difference and we have been incredibly grateful. Without his help, this situation could have easily cost us thousands of dollars. Thank you Jamie & Fuse!

Great experience with Fuse every time. From selection to ordering and then install, they’ve met or exceeded expectation every time. My personal recommendation, go ask for Tyler R. In the Ft Myers location. He’s knowledgable, responsive, thorough and easy to work with.

I purchased a Speed Queen dryer from the Ft Myers store. The salesman was extremely helpful and we completed the sale remotely so I didn’t have to go to the store. The dryer was delivered this morning - on time - by two very professional and friendly gentlemen. Fuse sent me tracking so I knew when the driver would be here. I’m very happy with the experience.
