Highly highly recommend. Was leaving for out-of-town the washer that I bought wasn't working. While I was gone they replaced it with another one that I didn't like. It was to small. I kept waiting because I didn't think they would want to work with me. On a whim I called them and explain to them what was going on. No problem spoke with the owner she said come and pick out one that you like. I will continue to buy from them they are great people to work with. A job well done. Thank you

Purchased a dishwasher from here. We took it home and my husband hooked it up and it did not work. I contacted the store and they were supposed to send someone out to fix it, but no one ever showed. Called them back and they set up another time for the repairman to come but he never showed. We requested that they come pick their dishwasher up and refund our money. The following day the owner showed up and picked up the dishwasher and refunded our money.

I've purchased appliances from Mayorgas many times and always had good experiences. Clean, honest, friendly and very reasonable. They usually deliver the same day, they work hard to make the customer happy and offers in home repairs. Our fridge went out at 2pm today, on a holiday, and we were in the store by 4 and had a fridge in our home by 5:30. For the people who complained they don't answer or aren't there, this is a small business that probably struggle to keep up with customer demands. I've shopped here for the last 4+ years and always been treated very well. Thank you Mayorgas!
