We just bought a washer/dryer set plus an additional dryer, and purchased a dryer about 2 years ago. Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone here. I called, no answer. Numerous times. Someone finally answered and put me on hold for over 30 mins until I eventually hung up. I then found them on offer up and same ordeal. Message them and no answer. You literally replied TWO MONTHS after the review. Shows how prompt you are. I called numerous times and contacted you via offerup where you have many posts and no answer. After seeing your posted address on offer up I searched the address from the images and called the business line. It rang continuously. Once someone answered, they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and it just continued to ring. In addition to that my husband attempted to call numerous times not knowing I called and his experience was the same.

I saw this business advertised on Letgo and purchased a used washer exactly 5 weeks ago. Yesterday the inner tub sheered off from itself under the agitator. This is a USED appliance shop that basically sold a lemon. At this point it seems intentional negligence, because I was shown another spot that was repaired so it either means it was missed upon inspection due to negligence, or intentionally missed. What I spent was way too much for a washer to only last 1 week longer than their warranty. BE VERY WARY, learn from my $200+ mistake. I sure did.
