TV Center Electronics and Appliances

I had a 65 inch LG TV that I had bought from a big box store Costco in 2018. I called TV Center Electronics Inc service center. Their tech came out and dial that the TV had a bad screen was not worth repairing. I talked to Justin In the store as I was contemplating buying a larger LG TV 86” from a big box store, i.e. Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s club Just an educated me that the TV is built for big box. Stores are cheaper quality. He showed me the differences of what he could sell me at a fantastic price of higher quality LG 86” I purchased from them the LG 86” -86QNED85AUA They came to my house in Estero, Florida with the TV- no extra charge for delivery installation They set it up with my cable box and my LG TV DVD player Showed me all the features how to use the magic remote. I am very very happy with this TV. Excellent customer service by Justin and his crew highly recommend this merchant I would give them 10 stars out of 10.

I selected TV Center and Appliance to diagnose my Samsung Smart TV. I arranged for then to come to my home based on the size of my TV. They scheduled the visit within 2 days. The Tech called me a half an hour before arriving. Within a half and hours the Tech had the TV apart and diagnosed the problem. There is a charge for this depending if you bring the TV in or if they come to you home. They provided me with all of the information I needed to schedule my appointment. They are also an Authorized Samsung Service Repair Center. I was told I would receive an call within 2 days with my TV Repair estimate. The next morning the Manager called me and provided me with the estimate. This company are straight shooter and they do what they say they are going to do. I am very pleased with their service thus far!!! This is why I gave a 5 star rating!!!

I was very impressed by TV Center Electronics and Appliances. I needed to replace a malfunctioning TV in my Florida home (which was occupied by my tenants), but I was in Wisconsin. At my age, and with my lack of technical knowledge, I needed local support. I found this business online, called them and they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and speedy. Josh had the new TV installed in no time, and got the whole thing set up and ready to use, even having to improvise a couple of things in my home to best advantage. I choose them because they are known for terrific service (unlike the big box stores) and I now have witnessed it firsthand! I would highly recommend them!
