Miss something and you have to pay. They wont cover a send out. Not happy. Be wary of used products. My used washer lasted 1 day before I had to call them to fix it and cause the person didn't either knock hard enough or didn't have patience longer than 5 to 10 min they will leave. I suggest waiting outside for them to ensure you get proper service. Update: when everything is settled and done review will be changed. I looked at my secrutiy Videos he arrived 10:08AM got the equipment from his truck 10:09AM. Confirmed Knock 4 Times at door not on windows. waited 2 MIN. packed up at 10:11AM put card at door 10:12AM and left by 10:13AM.... Update: becuase of my review the technician will not be sent out anymore and i have to bring the washer in which i am incapable of doing while i was willing to change my review and apologize for my beahvior but the owner said they do not like doing business with people like me.

I received excellent service and a great price on a used washer and dryer set! I actually spoke with Mr. Bobby White, the owner, and we had a wonderful conversation. Everyone at White's is friendly, respectful, and knows about the business. I highly recommend checking them out if you need appliances for your home at a reasonable price.
