We purchased a refrigerator/freezer for just under $500 and approximately a month later everything started going bad (holiday season) so everything was closed, we couldn’t call right away and when we did we asked for a refund and got told it was out of warranty by a week. They refused to give any money back and the only reason I’m doing a 2 star is because they actually came out to “fix” the refrigerator/freezer by replacing a part. For a military family that’s a lot of money and now we had to go out and buy a new one at Lowe’s. It was $1,000 for a brand new appliance at Lowe’s with a 5 year warranty, so don’t waste your time or money here. Do yourself a favor and buy new.
