I called the company due to my jewelry falling down the drain. Between the initial call and the technicians (JT and Justin) showing up was less than one hour which was so impressive. They fixed the problem quickly, the customer service was excellent, and the price wasn’t exorbitant. Overall i definitely plan to use them again.

I reached out to many companies regarding water heater replacement. I’m a diligent person that does my homework and had 6 companies come out for an estimate. While mainline was not the most economical, they were definitely not the highest estimate. I was really impressed with their reputation and warranty. Their Manager Ashley was beyond amazing in customer support. Joey was absolutely thorough in his assessment and estimate that was electronic and a scale from dream package to most affordable and 3 in between. Tiffany was fast actioning to get permits and insurance COI. Ashley scheduled us immediately. Landon and Johnny E were amazing in their installation, cleanup, and removal of old unit. I am beyond ecstatic with my experience with Mainline plumbing. Ashley communicated with us every step of the way!!!

1/28/2026 Update When these folks performed the repair they cut the power wire feeding one of the HOA street lights. I notified them back in December when the cut line was still visible, before it was fixed and asked how they wanted to proceed. I included the HOA contact info for them to work with. In January we received a $2000+ bill for the electrical repair that was completed in the mean time. Since then it seems I keep getting a runaround from this company to take responsibility. Crap happens, but they need to own it. I guess court is my next option. --- Original -- These folks are awesome. Quoted same day and started work on two new main lines from the street to the house in 3 days. All the folks I dealt with were outstanding. Most friendly and easy to work with group I have worked with. Highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs.
