We purchased a refrigerator for our garage and had problems with it. When we called they sent a technician out twice to address the issue but it still wasn’t correct. When we called back they said “no problem” and brought us actually a better one within just a few days. I would give them 6 Stars ⭐️ if possible - perfect customer service and stood behind their guarantee. I would recommend them to anyone and if we ever need additional equipment we’ll certainly use them again. Mike W NSB

I've been a customer here for 4 years, and I've had a great experience every time, thanks to owner Juan, his wife, & Larry. He has the totally best and fair price in town for used appliances, they're always friendly, they take care of the installations as well. & Juan is also a very good repairman service tech. I would and will continue to go them for my appliance needs throughout the years as well as recommend them to anyone! If you need like new best brand appliances come here!!! They have the best clean like new condition top line brand appliances. There prices are the best!! Been to them twice. Bought freezer and side by side refrigerator from them. They're friendly, Honest and sell good lasting appliance. Dont look around i did!! You wont find any better elsewhere!

We found this shop via Google maps, as we needed a washer and dryer for our new house. The brand new equipment at retail stores are insanely expensive. We were pleasantly surprised when we came into Deland Appliances and saw a good selection of gently used washers and dryers (and stoves and fridges, etc). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The delivery fee was more than reasonable, as was the warranty. I also love that if something does happen outside of the warranty, they can still send someone out to fix the issue. As for the installation, they had our equipment delivered and installed at the time we were told, and they were so fast and helpful! They ran a few cycles to make sure it was working. The only thing to keep in mind is that the appliances in the store do go fast as they're always getting new stuff in, so just something to be mindful of when shopping. I strongly recommend checking this place out if you're in need of appliances, are on a budget, and don't mind used.
