A very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff has this business running like a fine tuned machine. The showroom is extremely beautiful and the Wolf living kitchen is something to be seen. The store manager, Ms. Amy Bullard, is a delight to work with. She will go out of her way to get you the right kitchen package and what ever household appliance you may need... VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! Hands down the best place to get your home appliances!!

Amy Bullard was simply the best; knows her stuff; charming and most helpful in solving our issues in acquiring a new SubZero fridge.

Now, I didn't go there to buy anything...I was there to install a new cabinet display for them, courtesy Waltz Cab. In an ironic aside, this was also the place I installed an outdoor kitchen display, with the now defunct Designer Kitchen and Bath, many years ago. That display is still there, which speaks well for both United, and it's products. The place is beautiful and cutting edge in the products it sells and the owner is both sophisticated and down to earth; worthy attributes when it comes to having an original idea come to life. Now, I am biased here, but I know something good when I see it.

Purchased a Bosh kitchen package from United and worked with Peggy on the purchase. When the appliance's were delivered the right door on the double door refrig would not open because of a wall on the right hand side of the appliance. When I call Peggy to explain the issue she informed me of a 25% restock fee. The refrig was $2800. So it would have cost me $700 for a mistake she made in selling me a refrig that wouldn't work properly. During the purchase of the product I explained to her where it was to be installed and at no time did she ever say it wouldn't fit. One of the business I own is a house flipping business and I had informed Peggy of this. Her response to me when I told her the refrig didn't fix was "your in the business of flipping houses so you should have know it wouldn't work with the wall on the right side". At this point for an employee of a custom service business to tell a buyer that it was not her problem I moved my complaint up the chain of command to the owner. I informed him if I had an employee talk to a customer of mine like she talked to me that employee would be looking for a position in another line of work. I had told her all I was asking them to do was work with me on the restock fee so we could make this right and I was informed that was not and option. I would never recommend this company to anybody. But if you do choose to purchase from this company I would steer clear of Peggy. Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I have had dealing with higher end appliances.
