5 stars all the way for La Cuisine. From beginning to end the experience was excellent. Oscar, the sales representative, was incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. He coordinated with Joel, the service technician, to help me with an issue I was having with my fridge, and I could not be more impressed. I am a very hands-on DIY kind of guy, and I can tell you firsthand that accessing and adjusting the leveling feet on these refrigerators is not straightforward at all, especially once certain parts are already assembled. There are definitely tricks to it. Joel was an absolute phenomenon. He knew the product like the back of his hand. Professional, respectful, attentive, clean, and extremely knowledgeable. Honestly, a true pleasure to have someone like him come into your home and work on your appliances. Watching him work was impressive, and even as someone who likes fixing things myself, I learned a few things. I cannot recommend Joel enough, and the level of customer service from La Cuisine was outstanding. Thank you Oscar and Joel for such a great experience.

I called location to get some suggestions and pricing on appliances. I was contacted by Dennis the sales person and gave him the info. After I explained what I would like he sent me a quote with a few wrong items. I then emailed him to let him know that the order was not correct on the items we spoke about. He had mentioned to me that he would contact me the next day and never heard from him. I then went to another appliances center and they were very nice and helpful and was given the price. I then went back to this location asked for the sales person and he was not there. I explained the issue to the sales person that was there and gave him the info and mentioned to him if he could give me a better deal I would purchase it with them. He then texted me later and told me that he could not do better then what they offered. I thanked him, and purchased the appliances from the other store. The next day I got a call from the sales person that the original person that I had spoke to would be contacting me with a better solution. I had mentioned to him that I already purchased the appliances but was willing to hear his better solution and if it made any sense I would cancel the order and purchase it from him. I told him that I had until 3:00 to cancel their order. I waited until 2 and have not heard yet from anyone. I then texted him and told him that I did not hear from the sales guy and if he know what the solution was and what brand was it. He then replied that it was the same brand with better pricing. I said ok I will wait and never got a call. This is bad sales and bad service. Would not recommend them or the sales person that I originally spoke too.

I recently purchased all my appliances through La Cuisine, and the entire experience was exceptional thanks to my rep, Oscar Rodriguez. The very same night I sent in my inquiry—after hours—Oscar reached out and guided me through every step of the process. He consistently responded quickly to all my questions and requests, many of which came with tight time constraints, always with a positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. When my appliances finally arrived, including a specialty range from France, the warehouse put pressure on him to deliver right away. Our home was still upside down and not ready, and even then, Oscar never pushed back or said “no.” He listened, understood the situation, and made it work every time. Even when something seemed impossible, he still tried—and more often than not, he found a solution. That level of effort and commitment is exactly what you hope for from a high-end store. Oscar handled everything for us from start to finish. His delivery team was fantastic—professional, kind, polite, and felt like family in our home. His installer also made things happen when they needed to, which speaks to the strong relationships Oscar maintains with everyone involved in the process. Everything was timely, smooth, and exceeded my expectations. La Cuisine was great because Oscar was great. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
