Scheduling the appliance diagnostics service helped to better understand the reason that the appliance was not working correctly. The technician examined all the major components during his visit and was able to determine the root cause of the problem and correct it. The repair worked immediately, giving a better performance. Eliminated the need for deduction as to what was wrong.

"I have had a couple experiences with them and they are my go-to when it comes to appliance repair. All visits have been on time, forthright about what is wrong and without pushy selling. The wine cooler slowly started to warm up over a couple of days which I noticed when inspecting my bottles. They checked it, identified the problem and solved it immediately. Since then it has been steady.
