I have been going to Angel's Appliances for as long as I've been in Jacksonville, 7 years now, not once have I had a bad experience, I send my friends and family here, have even nudged the office to buy appliances here, never once had a problem, if you're looking for used (or new, they have those too) appliances, you must check out Angel Appliances

I cannot say enough good things about this appliance store!!! My son and daughter-in-love needed a nice refrigerator for their home. As we shopped around to Many many places, a dear friend recommended Angel Appliances. Well, I am sooooo glad we went!!! It is a family business and has been open for over 10 years. The son, Juan, was super Helpful, Professional, Nice, And HONEST. Every single question was answered honestly and with integrity. He really represented his family's business well. His dad came in, and was EXACTLY the same. Honest, Kind, and HELPFUL. We ended up getting a new refrigerator from them. Since I had a truck, we considered taking it ourselves instead of having it delivered. But chose to have it delivered for Many reasons: They assured us it would be delivered, installed and completely Set up with care and professionalism. And it WAS!! Not only did they deliver it promptly, they called ahead as promised. They took all of the tape and plastic off, AND they prepped the filter for us!! FYI, I had only previously bought appliances from places like Lowes. Now, Angel Appliances will always get our family's business. THEY ARE FANTASTIC. Thank you. The name describes our experience perfectly.

I thought this place was great at first, pricing was decent, not even a mile from the house and they delivered. Until..... Had problems with water line and ice not working. They finally came out to fix the line. They promised to bring a water filter that was supposed to come with the purchase but didn't. They promised that they would come out and bring one but didn't. I called more than 3 times and asked about the filter. They kept telling me that they had to order it. After asking more than 3 times I gave up. Yes I could have just ordered one but that's not the point. Poor customer service all around. I wouldn't BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE Ever again!!!!

We have bought a Samsung smart washer, dryer, 4 door fridge, upright freezer, 6 burner gas stove from Angel Appliances over the last 6 years. The price couldn't be beat, delivery and installation were perfect and as promised. I have had them repair a microwave and dishwasher. 5 star service! About to buy an electric glass top stove.
