Appliances 4 Less Orange Park

I came across Appliances 4 Less after having to refuse delivery of a washer dryer set purchased at Home Depot due to damage, Fiona and Mei at the St. Johns location were a pleasure to deal with. They knew exactly what they had in stock and were very knowledgeable about all of the different models and were able to answer all of my questions. They had the pedestals I wanted and the Jacksonville location had the washer and dryer that went with them. All for half the price of Home Depot! Fiona contacted the other location and I was able to see them via video and they showed me and explained exactly what "issues" they had. I hesitate to even call them issues because they were barely noticeable. They delivered and installed everything a week later. The delivery guys were great too. Everything looks great and functions great, I love this washer and dryer. I'm so glad Home Depot failed me so I could discover this wonderful place. I will definitely be purchasing appliances from them in the future.

We are a private property management company and a remodel/new construction company. Meeting Fiona and Kobe from Appliance 4 Less is a blessing to our business. Unlike other used appliances stores, Appliance 4 Less carries most exclusively LG product. These are nice but scratched and dented new appliances that are barely used before. The owners will test these appliances extensively and make sure proper operation before they sell them to their customers. They will have them delivered with parts at the door, installed, haul away, all in all at a price tag of 50-60% of LG MSRP products. For people who care about the scratches/dents, they can also mostly replace the damaged parts for about the cost of the parts. So often you will find like new appliances for 60-70% of MSRP. Both owners are honest business people who prioritize treating their customers right. The only comment I would bring up is their delivery contractor. The people they used are great 90% of the time. There were times where communication could have done better but the owners were always on top of issues to make sure things gotten taken care of, regardless of whether it’s after hours. We bought three appliances from them just this month. All amazing product, hassle free setup, most importantly, they come at a very affordable price. Highly recommended to all local customers who are looking at getting great deals on quality appliances!

Ok- story time! I purchased a dishwasher from the other location in Jacksonville… But I needed to go pick it up in Saint Augustine, (I was being picky about the finish) and throughout the process both Kobe and Fiona were incredibly helpful and friendly! They were willing to stay late, help us load the machine, really whatever we needed they were happy to do. So we get the dishwasher home, and my (not so handy) hubby gets it hooked up but it’s just not working… Like at all. So on a Sunday afternoon I called Fiona, and she answered immediately and was able to schedule Kobe to come and take a look at the unit the very next day. Because they are very busy and had already packed their schedule, she told me that he’d be happy to swing by as his last stop of the day, which ended up being 9 o’clock at night! This man showed up, had a great attitude, and was even prepared to switch out the machine entirely. Talk about amazing customer service! What have actually happened though, is that my (remember I said he’s super handy) hubby, had been tripping the wrong breaker and the correct breaker was not fully engaged. So literally Kobe came all the way out here at 9 o’clock at night to fix human error, ours. After the problem was identified, he even stayed to complete the installation process. Y’all, I could not have asked for nicer folks to help us. if you need a washer and dryer dishwasher or refrigerator, this is the place you want to go. They are just so nice. ❤️

I have bought a refrigerator and a dish washer in Appliances 4 Less St. Johns in a month ago. The owner Kobe is very kind and professional. I ordered on Saturday, and the refrigerator already been installed the next morning even it's Sunday. My family are all very happy with the new appliance. Definitely recommended 100%！
