I had a great experience at Bargain Max Discount Center. The prices are honestly hard to beat — you can find really good deals on a wide variety of items, from home goods to appliances. It feels like one of those hidden gem spots where you walk in for one thing and leave with way more (in a good way). The staff was friendly and helpful, not pushy, which I appreciated. They answered my questions and made the whole process smooth. Everything was organized well enough to browse without feeling overwhelmed. If you’re trying to save money but still get quality items, this place is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had to get a new refrigerator unexpectedly, so I went to Bargain Max. I had a great experience here. Sonny was super nice, and accommodating. The entire process was smooth, and I didn't feel rushed into a decision. He worked within my budget, and I was able to get my refrigerator the same day. I will most definitely be returning for other appliances in the future.

I had a great experience at Bargain Max of Jacksonville, FL. Sonny worked within my budget. I purchased a "NEW" Samsung washer and dryer for far less than what I would have paid at the big retail stores. It's a beautiful set and works just fine. So far, I've washed and dried 3 loads of clothes without any issues. The unit came with the manual and a 20 year warranty. The unit is quiet and it doesn't rock or move. Taj and Mike did an incredible job setting it up. They leveled the unit as it sits on a slightly uneven floor. They arrived with all of the tools, but most importantly they were very professional, nice, had a great attitude and smiles. My laundry closet had some challenges. No fault of theirs. I really appreciate them because they were able to figure things out and get everything hooked up properly. They did an awesome job!!! Also, I would like to add, I live in Palatka, FL, which means they drove over an hour to deliver my set. A couple of other Jacksonville discount stores told me they don't deliver this far out. I will definitely shop with Sonny again. Thank you Sonny, Taj and Mike!

I had a great experience with the initial installation, but there were certain measurements that he intended to overlook or not pay attention to during the installation. Now, we’re having issues with those measurements, specifically with the microwave appliance I purchased on Saturday afternoon. When I tried to communicate with him about the problem, I sent him a video and a photo. His response was that he needed to hire a professional for installation. However, he also told me that I needed to uninstall my cabinets and reinstall them to adjust the microwave to fit. I’m trying to understand this situation because part of a business is to ensure that items fit properly and that there are no stock issues. If an item doesn’t fit or if there’s no other item in stock, the customer can either exchange the item or find a more suitable item that fits better. In this case, the whirlpool microwave I wanted to have before would fit the new microwave just fine, so there’s a size difference and measurement difference. I’ve texted him and communicated with him in a professional and calm manner, but he’s over-talking to me and doesn’t seem to be paying attention to what I’m saying. I’m very upset because I spent a lot of money on this appliance, and I don’t have much left. I was able to get into a situation where I could upgrade my appliances because my old ones were outdated. It feels like he’s trying to take advantage of my situation without being aware of the issue as a business owner. (My Communication with the OWNER) Good morning! I’ll return the microwave to you today or tomorrow morning. It’s not the end of the world when things don’t go as planned. I’m happy with their appliances, but unfortunately, one of them doesn’t fit in my space, even though I provided the measurements when I bought it. It’s a business issue, but it happens. I’ve also spoken to you over the phone. I want to have a calm and respectful conversation when discussing facts. I shared a video and a photo with you, but you still suggested that I pay extra money for a professional microwave installation that could cost me hundreds of dollars, which I can’t afford. I’m on disability, and I shouldn’t have to explain my financial situation to you. It’s a fact. As a business owner, I’m sure you’ve encountered similar situations. I know I can’t be the only customer who has had this issue.
