I recently bought a package( refrigerator, a stove, dishwasher and microwave ) from this store, and I am very happy with my purchase. The products are high quality, work perfectly, and look great in my home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me choose the right appliances for my needs. The prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable and affordable home appliances. I will definitely come back again in the future

This business substituted appliances I did not purchase with lower-tier models without notice or consent. Proceed with caution I ordered a specific LG washer/dryer and confirmed a delivery time. Delivery was 2 hours delayed. After installation, I discovered the washer and dryer delivered were NOT the models sold to me and were smaller, lower-capacity units. The owner later admitted the substitution, stating the originally purchased washer malfunctioned prior to delivery. I was never informed or given the opportunity to approve the change prior to delivery. Delivering different products without customer authorization is unacceptable. I asked that the units be removed immediately, delivery was again delayed to pickup the units, a refund was eventually issued. Delivery and pickup times were repeatedly changed & complete lack of professionalism. This experience demonstrates a lack of transparency and disregard for informed consumer consent. Very sketchy experience I will never return or do business with them again. Absolutely terrible experience.

Owner was very nice and helpful and helped me to find a fridge within my budget, They have plenty of nice Fridges and other appliances at a good price. Delivery guy was nice and helpful and did a good job making sure my fridge stayed in good condition and set it up in my home for me and took the old one out. I will definitely be coming back when I need more appliances. God bless and Jesus loves you no matter what you have done or where you come from
