Worked with Jesse to get a new fridge. He wasn't pushy or try to sell me something I didn't need/want. Good selections and overall great experience. Would highly recommend.

Omg Christina was amazing she helped load a washing machine into my van. Washing machine was brand new and cost me under 400 with a warranty from the company and a year warranty after that with this company. So many to choose from and had just what I needed and what I was looking for definitely will come back in the future if needed

We purchased a set of Samsung Washer and Dryer from here about (2) years ago and they are still in perfect condition, they worked with us on price as well. Good honest people, definitely be purchasing other appliances in the future.

I purchased a Samsung French door refrigerator from itz what I do $1,230.00 * 1 problem: I called and talked to Itz What I Do on Hendley Rd herein Middleburg Fl.,about the seal had loosened, the guy that runs the business told me to call and give the warranty # on the yellow paper who handles the warranty’s concerning their company. A Carmen answers the phone with promises to call you right back. Never does. *2 problem: the $1,230 refrigerator started to get warm, I shared that concern, they said warranty expired, I continued calling CPS warranty, shared with Itz What I Do that sold the refrigerator to me, somehow I received another warranty certificate. I asked for replacement or repair of the refrigerator this was August 2025, no calls back after several attempts Thanksgiving approaching, family plan to come home for the holiday no repairs, no calls back. Family cancelled to show up. Christmas 2025 family decided to come home to celebrate Christmas together no repairs. New year approaching maybe they will empathize my situation. CPS says to my daughter in law $99 for a service guy to come out. Family paid that for me, everything I had tried to persevere had ruined time after time. When the $99 was given we continue calling for service of repair. Two days before the New Year comes in Wayd the repair man it’s not cold at all. He says the warranty doesn’t repair what this refrigerator needs. He said it’s no good they need to refund you. As of tonight 1/12/2025 Wayd the repair guy said CPS has not paid him yet for the service call, before the new year. He has emailed Carmen and someone else in that CPS business, no payment has he received. Had I owned Itz What I Do, in Middleburg Fla. I would have sacrificed so my customers would get satisfaction. It’s their character and bad reviews of the business that makes their name bad. Share this story before purchasing the warranty is no good.

Purchased a brand new washer a couple of weeks ago. I spotted grease on the floor coming from underneath the washer. We lifted the washer and underneath is completely covered in grease. I called this business multiple times and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I drove all the way there for them to tell me there is nothing they can do. I have to file a warranty and see if it's something that they will cover. This is completely unacceptable as they should offer to fix or replace the washer if it has major problems within the first 30 days. I will never purchase another appliance from this company.
