I decided to go to this guy when a marketplace washer quit on me. I took it up there and he said he wouldn’t even fix it. He said it was too new. I understood and told him that made sense, I was so tired I got a washer from him. Which also ended up breaking. It was under warranty so I took it up to be repaired. About a month later it broke again. I took it up again, along with my dryer that had been drying, but not as good as it should. I paid 250 just for that last visit mind you because it was just out of the 90 days. He “fixed it” and I brought it home a third time just to have my clothes come out bleached the first load. I don’t own bleach. So I took the bleached clothes and the washer and asked what happened. He claimed he also didn’t have bleach. Then later claimed even if he did they wouldn’t have used it when it was cleaned. We went back and forth until he finally said “do you want to know what I think?” Of course I said “yes”. He replied with “I think you should call the Better Business Bureau and tell them how naughty I’ve been”. So if you want to deal with appliances that don’t work, don’t get actually fixed and an old man with the worst customer service, this is your place. Oh and he never actually fixed my dryer. He claimed he put a new heating element in it but it went back to how it was doing before after two loads.

Bought a washer and dryer, wanted non digital, well made items. Steve had just what I was looking for. After negotiating with me, I was satisfied he gave me a good deal. Now Bill delivered the washer and dryer the same day, and helped set everything in place and hooked them up. Within 2 days I had a problem with the washer, I called Bill and he came back to my place, diagnosed and replaced the bad switch (no charge). I am thrilled with the professionalism and quality service of these two men. I will go out of my way to recommend Steve's Appliance LLC to everyone. Thank you to Steve and Bill.

To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I bought a washer/dryer combo from them on a Tuesday. Got it to the house, hooked it up and the dryer wouldn't heat. I called and got a gentleman on the phone who says "sounds like the connection cause out machines are checked twice". I had my landlord come out and check the dryer connection and of course it was fine. I call them back and advise them that the plug is not the issue and that why i mess with the wires in the back of the machine it cuts on and off. I start explaining my situation to the lady on the phone i am then passed off without warning to the same gentleman who proceeds to laugh and say "i have never heard of a dryer not working unless you jiggle the wires" I then go on to explain that when i picked up my dryer it wasn't checked before i left as promised. I also advised that when i left i had a balance, they did not collect and me being the good person i am called back to make the payment once i realized even though they had NONE of my info... SOO i could have easily only paid the deposit and stolen the merchandise. After explaining that i didn't have a way to bring it to them and was disappointed that i expected the machine to work i was told "sounds like the wires are just loose, it wont kill you if you get shocked, just unplug it and take a look at the wires and tighten them up, also not having a vehicle isn't an excuse, itll fit in the back of your trunk of your car just load it up and bring it back to me if is THAT big of a deal but it sounds like it was damaged when you moved it". These people are unprofessional and just turn and burn people. The unprofessionalism is strong and i will never do business with them again.

Today I went to Steve's Appliance after being recommended by a friend. I called in advance to make sure that they had several models to choose from. John told me he had several units and told me the price ranges of them on the phone as well. I went up, looked at a couple models, and John was helpful and quick to help me test the units I was considering buying. After checking out a few dryers, I bought the one I was most pleased with. He made sure I had the right electrical whip on it to match my outlet at home before leaving. 90-day warranty to boot! I will recommend this business to others looking for used appliances from a place with knowledgeable staff on hand, ready to make a sale. Glad I stopped in!
