Absolutely wonderful people incredible pricing friendly knowledgeable and great service I came in at the end of the day ordered furniture for my new place and the gentleman working kindly offered to call a driver back in just to get me in a bed that day these people go above and beyond absolute pleasure doing business with you and such beyond competitive pricing I shopped around quite a bit before I found this gem highly recommend

Very poor customer service I bought a dining table and Chessa draw. The second month of me renting the items I got a call that if I didn’t make a payment which I was only behind two weeks The owner was going to call the cops. Last month, I told the owner He’s not Gonna keep threatening me with the cops just because I’m late on a payment. I told him he can come get his merchandise from my home. He told me that I would need to drop it off. I told him I’m not dropping it off so he would have to come and get it. He indicated he already filed a case so I told him OK that’s fine. I’ll just keep it. He didn’t file a case at that time. He actually waited till I was 30 days over the payment and then made a report with the cops they called me told me through great room whatever we sign. It indicates if we’re past due it would be considered as a criminal case so I just wanna let people know if your past due with great Room they can call the police and you can get a criminal case for furniture that you don’t want and it’s not a civil case
