I purchased a brand new refrigerator and an oven. TONY and MANNY are delivery professionals. It was a hard job because of my small entrance way, and they did absolutely amazing. They were accommodating and they got everything in without a scratch. They were both very courteous and extremely thorough. Definitely exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to make the customer (me) happy and confident with my appliances making sure to explain everything about how they work and what to expect. If I could give them both 10 stars I would. However, As far as the company itself. Some of their policies are unfair and before the delivery I almost cancelled the entire order to get my full refund and take my business elsewhere. But after an hr of haggling with the salesman and the owner about an issue that was not my fault. Because they dropped the ball and did not want to take accountability. I stood firm, and in the end they decided to do the right thing. Instead of losing my business completely. As far as the refrigerator goes it did not arrive in full working condition. There was a problem with the water filter So I have to use my manufacturing warranty to have someone from Frigidaire come fix the issue. Topline is assisting me with that process. As of now my Ice machine and water dispenser does not work. But in all, the delivery guys Tony and Manny and the salesman Chris are top tier and they were excellent. Chris works very well under pressure and is definitely an asset to the company If it wasn't for him and his incredible patience with the situation I would have just cancelled everything and went to Lowe's. I don't agree with their policies as a company but that does not negate the fAct that the salesman and the delivery team were awesome. I should not have had to go through the pulling of teeth to get the owner to do the right thing. But it was the policy of the company and the owner that made things unnecessarily difficult. Not the staff. Not the delivery team. Thank you Chris and Jim (GM) for working hard making all the calls and dealing with the owners to make it right. I'm not happy my fridge needs repaired but that's not the company's fault and they are doing the footwork to get the manufacturer to fix the issue. At the end of the day they did the right thing and I got the appliances I paid for delivered on time and with a quickness.

I recently had my new refrigerator delivered by Doug and Lee, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They were efficient, informative, and had everything set up in no time. This is actually my fourth appliance from Topline, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Doug and Lee truly went above and beyond—not only making sure everything was installed properly, but also taking the time to answer my questions and ensure I was comfortable with everything before they left. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process seamless. Topline consistently delivers great products, but it’s the delivery team that really puts the experience over the top. Doug and Lee were the icing on the cake—service with a smile at its best!
