I purchased a refrigerator at the Miami store. Three weeks ago. So many issues with the delivery. No delivery has been made yet as of 4/8/26 and customer service has been HORRIBLE! My concerns were not handled appropriately. Most concerning was the sales manager named Jean explicitly instructed me NOT to contact him anymore. Why, because he thought I was asking for too much. What’s too much??? Delivery on the day it is promised!

I had a great experience with the appliance associate Stephanie Vargas. She was extremely charismatic, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and genuinely wanted to help me find the right option. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Highly recommend asking for her help if you’re shopping for appliances!

Great selection of “new” (open box) and scratch and dent appliances. Purchased a gorgeous LG Stackable Washer/Dryer and had it delivered the same day. Highly recommend for primary residences or rentals properties. Will do business with again !

This store has great prices for brand appliances. The ladies that work there are kind and very helpful . I was even able to receive the item the same day I purchase it. Old machine removal is optional just be very specific and pay ahead.
