DO NOT BUY AVANTI - Would give ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a new avanti range from lowes in 11/25. Within 5 days the oven stopped working. Lowes would not handle because outside of 48 hours. 2 weeks after calling you contacted a repair team - they called me saying that they don't even service your brand. 2 more weeks later another servicer reaches. out. A week after that, they come and look. They need a specific part to repair after 3 weeks and you (Avanti) sending 2 different incorrect parts - deciding that you can't fix it so you send a replacement stove. You drop it at the curb and i have to pay an additional fee to have the replacement stove moved into the house and installed. I do this. A few weeks later we have the SAME problem with the replacement stove. I call to get a refund and am told that you can not but you can send me another new stove (that I have to pay to install!!) . I give the OK for this to happen yet again. Then I receive an EMAIL stating that you have to service the replacement before you can replace it yet again. I do not want this - and to top it all off - I have already received another call from the servicer that you just contacted stating that they don't service Avanti. I am through with you and will be contacting the better business bureau - I will also leave a negative review for your products and SERVICE!

TERRIBLE products. My husband and I purchased 2 stoves from Lowe's of this brand Avanit. Just 7 months of having the stove it went out. I contacted manufacturer Avanti to see if they can get it repaired. It's now been alittle over a month and they still have not honored the warranty nor have someone come look at it. I recommend NO ONE purchase these products. Poor quality and piss poor customer service. I would never want anyone to have to deal with what we have had to deal with. We ended up having to purchase another stove. I would give zero stars if I could.

1st day w 18" Avanti dishwasher. It has bad solenoids in the intake and the water diverter. Noisy . Scared the deer off. Us too. Any way to get me a part for the water intake. I have the model number and serial number of the stainless unit. Very nice looking. Will fix my review when I get the part. Thank you. Update. The racket stopped. It seems to be working fine. Perhaps the water intake decided it likes us. We are pleased it no longer sounds like a banshee howling. It purrs along nicely.

The negative reviews are 100% accurate. Product stop cooling and holding a temp 1 week after warranty period. Customer service is a nightmare. They gave me 5 service companies and no one works on R600a freon units. Purchased from Best Buy and their response was to sell me another $2,000 unit. 1 yr after i bought this. Stay away from Avanti and Best Buy.
